Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for logistics and B2B growth?
A dynamic and growing international logistics company, is looking for a talented B2B Sales Manager to join our friendly, multinational team of young professionals.
As a B2B Sales Manager , you'll play a key role in driving business development and strengthening client partnerships. You will:
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads
✅ Prepare accurate pricing proposals, pro-forma invoices, and final invoices
✅ Strategically plan and coordinate transportation orders, ensuring on-time delivery
✅ Research optimal transportation solutions to reduce costs and improve efficiency
✅ Prepare monthly performance reports and monitor order statuses
✅ Anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions
✅ Manage client requests, documentation, and service inquiries
✅ Respond to and resolve client complaints professionally
✅ Conduct market research and support sales strategy initiatives
✅ Collaborate closely with internal operations and logistics teams
What We're Looking For You're an ideal candidate if you have:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics (Supply Chain), Economics , or related field
✅ 2+ years of experience in a similar sales or client-facing role (logistics experience is a plus)
✅ Proven B2B sales skills and strong client service experience
✅ Excellent Georgian, English, and Russian communication skills (written & verbal)
✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
✅ High proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
✅ Time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
