Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

In brief

Essential site functions and affiliate attribution are always active. Umami measures site usage anonymously. Google uses limited, cookieless measurement until you make a choice. Meta activates only after you select “Allow,” while TOP.GE runs on public, safe pages before a choice and turns off after “Reject.”

What we use

  • Essential storage: Authentication, security, temporary CV storage, and interface functionality.
  • Affiliate attribution: The first partner code is stored for 30 days to attribute registration correctly. This is always active.
  • Umami: Always-on anonymous analytics without cookies or fingerprinting. URL query strings and hashes are not sent. Analytics are linked to an account only after “Allow.”
  • Google Ads: On public, safe pages, Consent Mode operates without cookies before a choice and after rejection, with every storage permission denied. Full measurement activates after “Allow.”
  • Meta Pixel: Activates only after “Allow.”
  • TOP.GE: Runs on public, safe pages before a choice to measure aggregate visits and turns off after “Reject.”

Google, Meta, and TOP.GE do not measure private or administrative pages, authentication callbacks, interviews, tests, or URLs that contain unsafe parameters or tokens. We do not send them CV content, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or internal application IDs.

Legal basis

Essential functions are necessary to provide and secure the service. Anonymous or limited measurement and affiliate attribution rely on Rivo’s legitimate interests with data minimization. The TOP.GE counter on public pages relies on the same interest and offers an opt-out. Meta, Google’s full mode, account-linked analytics, and direct marketing rely on your consent.

Your choice

  • “Allow” is stored for 180 days and enables additional measurement and advertising.
  • “Reject” disables Meta and TOP.GE, while Google remains in cookieless mode for the current browser session. A session cookie applies the rejection across all tabs, but it is not stored permanently.
  • We will ask for your choice again during your next browser session.

Third parties

Third parties process data under their own policies: Google, Meta and Umami and TOP.GE.
