Base salary: 2,500–2,750 GEL + performance bonuses and additional sales incentives

About the Role

We are looking for German-speaking professionals to join an international team in Tbilisi. This role combines customer service with sales-related activities, offering an opportunity to develop customer relationships while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support to German-speaking customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve issues efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Support sales activities through customer interactions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Work toward individual and team performance targets.

Requirements

• German language proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service, call center, sales, or retention experience is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to work with sales targets.
• Ability to work full-time from the office in Tbilisi.
• Motivation to learn, develop, and work in a performance-driven environment.
